Springwoods Village Grand Opening

Customer Challenge

Regency Centers, the preeminent national owner, operator, and developer of
shopping centers located in affluent and densely populated trade areas,
identified Spring, TX, as home for its latest food-centric shopping center.
Constructed at a busy intersection in a mixed-use community, Regency Centers
sought to become a regular destination for daytime traffic from local corporations
and evening/weekend traffic from the 60,000+ residents in a 3-mile radius.

Our Solution

With a three-tiered Grand Opening strategy, we hosted a variety of events targeted toward each unique group of shoppers. A family-friendly community festival anchored opening weekend, a series of weekday events led to consistent visits from local businesses, and a month-long “always-on” promotion drove consistent shopping traffic beyond opening weekend.

Diversification
Positioning the shopping center as a popular lunchtime destination, we hosted Foodie Friday events to capitalize on traffic from local businesses. Emphasizing the variety of options and flavors, each week we sampled international cuisine from restaurants around the plaza to retain interest from the business community week after week.
