Facing a challenging brick-and-mortar retail environment, Boston-based
Reebok had multiple store formats that struggled to produce consistent
foot traffic. With us, Reebok wanted a solution that would drive traffic, sales,
and conversion to the three Boston-area stores, and to create a strategy
that could be applied nationwide

Our Solution

Combining Reebok’s existing sales application with in-season products and features, we developed a comprehensive, 360-degree sales model that taught associates a start-to-finish approach toward a customer sale. With 80 hours of individualized, on-the-sales-floor training sessions, our process leveraged associates’ unique personalities and trained them to work that into their customer approach, conversation, and sale, and to tack on a few bonus items to the final basket.

Sales Training
A curated set of weekly store events focused on Reebok products, health, wellness, and the Boston community. Over 8 weeks, a variety of events, broad and narrow, tested the Boston community’s appetite for shopping, giving the client an acute idea of what drives footsteps into stores.

Curated Events
Through strategic emails, phone calls, and meet-ups, our Boston team established relationships with area influencers and fitness enthusiasts, creating an affinity for the hometown brand. Simultaneously, we distributed flyers and posters and pushed grassroots marketing efforts to capture mass awareness across a variety of backgrounds, sports, and interests.
