When GolfSmith closed its doors, Golf Galaxy took over 36 locations
across the country. Our client desired a same-day Brand Relaunch and
Grand Opening Celebration which would concurrently span the country,
with stores in every time zone, to showcase their new stores and
introduce the community to the brand.

We started the day strong with custom-created doorbusters to trigger this specific customer. The result? Over 3,700 customers waited in line for doors to open.

To keep the weekend stress-free for the Store Operations Teams and allow them to focus on customer service and sales, we built an onsite event field team of 144 staff across the country to produce the event.
